“Pablo grew up in Costa Rica and at a very young age he developed a strong feeling to see the world and its wonders. Pablo holds a Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management from the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and a Master Degree with a major on International Business from the Atma Jaya University in Indonesia where he lived for over 4 years. He is fluent in Spanish, English and Bahasa Indonesia. He has not only travel but also lived in different places around the world some of his favorites being New York, Bali, Taipei, Prague, Shanghai and India. The list keeps on going but we’ll leave that for a cocktail once you visit us here in Costa Rica.

It all started back in 2006 when the owners of CR Vacation Properties and Manuel Antonio Luxury Rentals, Don and Sabrina Segal, decided that they were ready to leave their beloved Orange County, California home (actually, San Clemente), and explore other areas of the world. Well, it didn’t take them long to find Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica – which we have called home ever since!

With Don’s extensive background of over 28 years in Corporate America and creating and selling several start-up companies, along with Sabrina’s significant experience in customer service, we decided to focus on the Property Management and Vacation Villa Rental Business.

Our initial activity in Costa Rica was supporting the Vacation Rental market as “we knew what tourists wanted”, including a full time Chef, concierge service and a 5 star resort feeling! After a short time we decided to take several years off and semi-retire to explore our beautiful country of Costa Rica.

After many years acting as tourists, we elected to re-enter the industry and established CR Vacation Properties and Manuel Antonio Luxury Rentals to provide an incredible and memorable experience for our clients. The company has grown to include a reservation department, operation Manager, financial reporting to provide monthly financial reports to Property owners, several Concierge Managers and Vacation Coordinators to help plan our guests magical vacation, maintenance team, gardeners and other supporting staff.
