Nauyaca Waterfall – One of The Most Spectacular Waterfalls in Costa Rica

Welcome to Nauyaca – one of the most extraordinary waterfalls in Costa Rica. Mother Nature’s best water park is waiting to be enjoyed by adventure seekers like you. On this tour you will have access to transportation, entrance to the property, lunch, a guided hike through the forest, and some quality time at Nauyaca.

Water & snacks are included in the package but we will stop at the fruit market where you can buy extra snacks and drinks if you would like. Although you have to undertake a rigorous 45 minutes hike to the waterfall, once you reach there, you won’t be disappointed. There are plenty of plants, animals and wildlife to be explored during the trek and exploration of the waterfall.

From Nauyaca, a 45-minutes hike starts towards the waterfall. Though everyone can make the hike, part of the hike is up hill & some regions are a bit more difficult in comparison to others. The bottom part of the waterfall is excellent for climbing and swimming. Under the supervision of your guide, you’ll have the chance to jump of the waterfalls from 10ft, 15ft, 25ft, and 37ft. After 1.5 hours of swimming & relishing the scenery we will head to waterfall number two which is jam-packed with beautiful scenery and photo taking opportunities. After nearly forty minutes of absolute fun, we will start hiking back down the hill. Since the mountain is about 80 percent downhill, the hike when you return is going to much easier. For your knowledge, the trails are perfect for those who enjoy & are comfortable with hiking.
