Casa Vista Verde is the newest and most luxurious Villa to be made available for rental in May, 2021. Located on a quiet road with just three neighboring homes, it offers privacy, sweeping jungle and mountain views and is situated just minutes outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Manuel Antonio.
The Villa was expanded with a complete ground-up rebuild in 2021. We decorated using many local woods with the wood furnishings being custom designed and built right here in town. When you pull up to Casa Vista Verde you will immediately be impressed with the contemporary and open design. Sitting privately on the edge of the jungle, there is a gated front courtyard/patio with a large pecan tree where the Scarlett Macaws will greet you with their daily visits.
Casa Vista Verde is built around three floors. All with excellent open views, floor to ceiling windows, balconies and ample furniture everywhere. No expense was spared in adding quality finishes and design to every detail. The villa measures more than 4400 square feet of living space with a main level open kitchen, dining, great room and balcony that will charm the most discerning visitors.

The house was absouletly beautiful, amazing views especially of the sunrise and so clean. Everything was labeled and easy to find/use. Perfect stay and great location! Will definitely recommend

“This house is absolutely incredible, we all had an awesome time, the service was outstanding, all the people involved were lovely and communicated very well, I highly recommend staying. The house is so well equipped with everything you could need. Keep your eyes out for the wildlife, from Squirrel Monkeys to Macaws. We all hope we can return soon!!”
